The Armitage Room is flexible, as it boasts the option of using it as a single room or dividing it into two, three of four separate spaces. The room is mainly used by the College Fellows' for dining, for private banquets and receptions, and during conferences for break-out sessions and exhibitions.
The Armitage Room is modern, yet has a traditional feel, and has the benefit of being accessible via stairs or a lift. Windows running along the whole length of the room let in maximum daylight and, due to its first floor location, the room affords views of the grassed Cripps Court. Its carpeted floor and part wood-panelled walls create a warm and cosy feel.
Extend it with separated areas within the room; a reception in the bar and conservatory.
This is a very light, modern room with a traditional feel that can be adapted for many different uses.
Please note the capacities listed are for one section only.
